How to assemble the power wheel:

1, Take the shaft with the parts attached and slide on the wheel all the way to the collar.

2, Place the collar on and slide it all the way against the wheel and tighten it with the wrench.

3, Slide on the pedal until the lug is 1-5/8" from the collar.

4, Make sure that the pedals are level with each other and then tighten the set screws down with the wrench.

5, With the arch of the webbing strap facing down and away from you place the rubber loop over the end that is facing away from you and pull it towards the shaft. Bring the loop up over the back of the pedal. Make sure the connecting point of the rubber ring is between the two shaft lugs on the pedal. Then pull on the rubber ring until it snaps under the shaft and is next to the shaft lug.

6, Slide on the piece of foam.

7, Check the side you assembled. It should look like the side that comes pre-assembled.

How to use the power wheel:

1, Place power wheel on its side; then, place right foot into velcro loops.

2, Kneel and place left foot into loop on other plate.

3, Now you should be kneeling with both feet in place. From here, reach back and pull ring up and over the back of your heel and across the high part of heel/achilles. It should feel quite secure. Do both sides.

4, You are ready to work out anywhere: grass, turf, hard floors, etc.
